Summary: On October 20, Korbyt Connect 2026 brought SI partners, technology partners, and customers to our newly renovated Dallas headquarters. The day delivered a direct look at our strategy and roadmap, AVIXA certified training, and time to connect in person. Here is what happened, what we heard, and what comes next.

On October 20, we opened the doors of our newly renovated Dallas headquarters for Korbyt Connect 2026, our inaugural partner and customer event.

The goal was simple. Bring our key partners and customers under one roof, share where Korbyt is headed, and build relationships that go further than a video call can.

Based on what we heard on site, it worked.

Why bring partners and customers together in person?

Korbyt Connect was built around three pillars: learning, connection, and industry insights. All three work better face to face.

“This is a people industry. It is a networking industry. It’s a relationship industry.” Andrew Robson, CEO, Korbyt

Calls and video meetings keep projects moving. The bigger conversations, the ones about where the market is going and how we win together, need a room.

“Having phone calls, having Zooms is great and effective, but at the end of the day, if you really want to get to the core of opportunities and challenges and work through those things, it’s best done together in person.” Andrew Robson, CEO, Korbyt

What happened at Korbyt Connect 2026?

From focused morning sessions to a full afternoon program, the day gave attendees a direct line to Korbyt leadership, our technology partners, and our product team.

Morning

Customer and Partner Advisory Boards. The morning opened with dual track sessions for our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Partner Advisory Board (PAB). These smaller, intimate sessions brought a select group of our most strategic customers and partners together with our product, customer success, and partner teams. Members were excited to meet the wider Korbyt team, shared candid feedback, and challenged us on the details that will make us better.

Afternoon

A welcome from leadership. Andrew Robson and Andrew Gildin kicked off the afternoon with an update on Korbyt and our strategic direction, and how our partners sit at the center of how we go to market.

A tech partner panel. Andrew Gildin moderated a candid conversation with our technology partners from Crestron, BrightSign, Avocor, Neat, and Sony on where the AV/IT industry is headed. Topics ranged from AV and IT convergence and the hybrid workplace to real AI value, proving ROI, and selling better together.

A look at the roadmap. Chief Product Officer Travis Kemp and Senior Director of Product Max Guerrero walked through what is coming next on the Korbyt Anywhere platform, including ScreenDetective, new music and IPTV capabilities, and features that make content easier to create and manage.

AVIXA certified training. Ed Kinne led two hours of Korbyt Academy Essentials, hands on CTS certified training for design and sales engineers, with RU credits earned on site. The session stayed highly interactive, with live questions answered in the room and real-world applications attendees can put to work right away.

A vendor showcase and happy hour. We closed the day in our new office with hands on time with our sponsors’ technology, plus drinks and a little Dallas hospitality. Attendees networked with AV/IT peers, built relationships with the Korbyt team and our sponsors, and talked through real ideas and business goals with the partner ecosystem.

What did partners and customers tell us?

The feedback on site was clear. Attendees left with a sharper view of our leadership team, our strategic initiatives, and our roadmap.

They also saw firsthand how committed Korbyt is to the partners who bring our platform to market.

“What they wanted to see was more insight from our executive team. They wanted to hear more about our roadmap and our strategy, and they wanted to hear more about opportunities to share best practices with their peers. And so to have all of those people under one roof was really special.” Andrew Gildin, VP, Channel Sales & Revenue Operations, Korbyt

Ed Kinne’s training session was a standout. Attendees left with new skills, RU credits, and a clear path to getting more out of Korbyt.

Thank you to our sponsors

Korbyt Connect 2026 would not have happened without our technology partners. Their teams showed up, shared what they are building, and spent real time with attendees.

“Big thank you to our partners, our platinum sponsor for this inaugural event, Crestron, along with BrightSign, Avocor, Neat, and Sony. We really appreciate your support.” Andrew Gildin, VP, Channel Sales & Revenue Operations, Korbyt

Platinum Sponsor: Crestron

Gold Sponsors: BrightSign, Avocor, Neat, and Sony

What’s next for Korbyt Connect?

We are already planning next year’s Korbyt Connect. Expect the same three pillars: learning, connection, and industry insights, with more time for peers to share what is working.

“I’m really excited to do it next year.” Andrew Gildin, VP, Channel Sales & Revenue Operations, Korbyt

Korbyt Connect is now a new tradition, and we want you in the room. Dates and details are coming soon.
