No jumping between sites, no switching tabs, no separate reports to cross-reference. A single header row keeps the property name, local time zone and time slot together, so a global estate never leaves you guessing which building you are looking at, in which time zone, at what time.
Freeze panes: never lose the time axis
The time header stays locked in place as you scroll down through hundreds of resources. On large estates, dozens of floors and hundreds of spaces, you can scroll freely without ever losing sight of the time. It sounds small. It changes how the diary feels to use all day.
A view tailored to every administrator
No two administrators manage the same spaces. Favourite the spaces and floor combinations you use most and save them as a preset, for example, London, Floor 2, all meeting rooms and desks, and open it every morning in one click. Preferences are per user, so each person keeps their own saved view. A single My Bookings toggle then filters the diary to only the bookings you own, and switches back to the full view instantly.
Book in seconds, without leaving the diary
See a free slot? Click it. The Quick Book panel opens right on the diary, so you enter the details and confirm without leaving the page. The ellipsis menu on every card opens Copy, Move, Recur, Cancel and Booking Summary in place, and clicking a booking slides an inline summary panel alongside the diary with the full details, attendees, resources and collaboration platform. No popups, no page changes.
Every booking card tells the full story
Each card is an information-dense tile that tells you what is happening in a room without clicking in. At a glance it shows the collaboration platform in use (Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex), whether a meeting is private or locked, a Combo Room badge for combinable spaces, and a photo of the host of the booking to recognise instantly.
Built for the enterprise
The new diary is available from V9.9 and delivered behind a feature flag. That means you control the timeline entirely. Run a pilot with a single team, gather feedback, then expand to the whole organization.
During transition, either the new diary or the classic diary is live for the whole organization at any one time, and you can switch between them as often as you need. When you’re ready to make the switch permanent, it’s a single toggle in Administration > Settings.
