His career covers a range of disciplines: from Electronic Intelligence Analyst in the Army, to nearly a decade teaching Mathematics and Latin, to ServiceNow consulting and full-stack development. Holding certifications in ServiceNow CSA, ITSM, and CAD, Richard brings a rare blend of technical depth, instructional clarity, and mission-driven focus, and is passionate about helping fellow veterans find their footing in the tech industry.
