This Privacy Policy explains how and why RMG collects, uses, and discloses your personal information safely and securely, and how you may exercise your rights with respect to your information. This Privacy Policy applies to all RMG websites, mobile apps, products, services, and applications that link to it; it also applies to in-person, over-the-phone, electronic communications, and online services provided by RMG (collectively, the “Services”). In addition to this Privacy Policy, RMG also provides specific privacy notices related to specific jurisdictions, including the EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and specific U.S. States. This Policy does not cover our customers’ use of your personal information outside of the products and services we may provide them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our customers. Information We Collect
The types of information we collect about you depend on your use of our products, services, and the ways that you interact with us. Our primary goals in collecting information are to (i) offer, provide, and improve our products and services, (ii) administer your use of our Services, and (iii) enable our customers to enjoy and easily navigate our website, mobile app, and other Services. We collect information from you when you visit our website or app, purchase merchandise, or sign up for our services. We also collect information about how you use our Services. We may also receive information about you from third parties. This information can identify you or your device or can be linked to you. We may collect your information in several ways, including the following:
- Information You Provide Us Directly. We collect personal information which you choose to provide us with directly, such as when you set up an account, purchase our products or services, attend an event hosted by us, provide feedback or contact us, or sign up for communications from us. The type of data you may provide includes full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, account information, username, payment information, proof of identity, government-issued ID, professional and employment history, geolocation, or other information that identifies you.
- Information when you do business with us: When you do business with us, we may collect information about you such your name and contact information, payment information, and commercial or transaction data (e.g. products or services purchased, obtained or considered, other purchasing or consuming histories and tendencies). If you are a vendor, service provider, or business contractor of RMG, we may collect information about you and the services you provide, including your employees’ contact information and other identifiers. We may also collect other information you or your employees provide as part of your services and our agreement with you.
- Information We Receive from Our Customers. We may collect information from our customers who provide your information to us so that you (for the benefit of the customer) are able to login to the RMG Sites and Services.
- Financial Information: We may collect payment and identity verification information, including contact information and payment method, bank account number, financial account, debit card, or credit card number and expiration dates, and any other financial or other information to process payments for the purchase of our products and services. Note that credit card or other financial information submitted by you during the online purchase of products and services on the website are not visible, collected or stored by us, either on the website, or any other system managed by us. All credit card transactions are processed directly via a third-party payment processor, and at no point during the payment transaction is credit card or other financial information available to us. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each application that you use and website that you visit.
- Marketing Communications: We may collect personal information that you provide in connection with customer testimonials, surveys, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, marketing events, trade shows, webinars, conferences, customer research, feedback, or a similar event or occurrence.
- Online Forums: Our Services may include community forums or other similar online spaces where you may be able to connect with other users. When you post or share comments or other content when using our Services, we may collect information such as your name, username, email, comments, likes, interests, status, and pictures. We may also collect audio or visual content such as photos, videos, or recordings you choose to post when using our services, or when granting us access to your camera or microphone while using interactive features of our Services. Please note that information you voluntarily include on bulletin boards, chat rooms and other online forums we may offer may be viewed and used by anyone with access to those forums. We are unable to control any use of such information by these third parties.
- Social Media: We may monitor and collect information from interactions with our social media accounts, posted on our accounts or linked to us on third-party operated social networks or other web offerings (such as X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google). Integration with social networking sites may be present on the RMG Sites, and such integration is provided to enhance user experience. If you use any social networking service in connection with the RMG Sites and or access the RMG Sites through your other social networking account(s), RMG may collect relevant information necessary to enable the RMG Sites to access and collect your data contained within that particular social networking service (e.g., such as your social media profile information). Please remember, however, that the way such third-party social network provider uses, stores, and discloses your information is governed solely by that provider’s policies, and RMG will have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third-party site or provider that you may enable and link to your online experience with RMG.
- Usage Data. We collect information about your use of the Services, which includes information about your browser or device as it interacts with the Services. This information includes computer or mobile device information such as IP address, hardware model operating system version, mobile network information, the type of browser you use, geolocation information, or other information that identifies you or your device. This information may be combined with other information we collect about you to improve the services we offer you, and our marketing, analytics, and site functionality.
- Information from Third Parties. We may also obtain information about you from third parties, including analytics providers, communication service providers, advertising networks, and social networks. We may also receive information about you from third parties that specialize in collecting publicly available information. This may include estimated demographic information and information from public registers, such as the electoral register. We may link information about you that we collect from these third parties with other information that we collect about you.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to automatically or passively collect information about the use of our Services, analyze trends, administer the Services, track users’ in-offering movements while utilizing the Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. These technologies may include small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory or electronic images or strings of HTML, JavaScript, or URL code that can be added within emails, online ads, and websites, and help us to improve our Services and your experience, enhance security, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and measure total usage. Examples of these technologies include cookies, clear GIFs, web beacons/pixels, local shared objects, and UTM codes/tags. You may elect to have your browser not accept cookies; however, this may disable or render unusable some of the features of the Services. The information may be combined with other information we collect about you to improve the services we offer you, and our marketing, analytics, and site functionality. - Information you provide offline: You may also provide us with information in person and offline, such as when you visit our offices or events, or communicate by mail.
- Publicly available information: In addition to the information you provide, we may also collect information from publicly available sources, affiliated companies, or third parties, such as when we partner with other companies or use service providers to help us optimize our marketing activities.
Services Platform
Our services platform collects information under the direction of our customers and RMG has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer or employee of one of our customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our customers that uses our service, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. RMG acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. RMG has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on our service platform. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the RMG’s customer (the data controller). If requested to remove data by the data controller, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
How We Use Your Information
We will only collect, use, and share your personal information where we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do so under applicable law. We may also use data that we collect on an aggregated or anonymous basis (meaning that it does not identify any individuals) for various purposes, where permissible under applicable laws and regulations, to help deliver products, services, and content that are better tailored to the users of our Services and for other purposes. We also use application programing interfaces (APIs), such as Google Workspace APIs, to facilitate providing Services to you. In such circumstances, we include restrictions that such API service providers may not use any data provided, including personal information, for any purpose other than providing services we request and may not be used for the development, enhancement, or training of generalized artificial intelligence (gen AI) or machine learning (ML).
How and Why We Disclose Your Information
RMG values the privacy and security of consumer information and complies with applicable laws regarding the disclosure of your personal information. Under certain U.S. state laws and in other jurisdictions, the use of certain advertising or analytics cookies or other technologies may be considered a “sale” or “share” of your personal information. You can find out more about updating your preferences or exercising rights you may have based on where you reside in the “Your Rights” section below. We disclose your information, as provided below.
- As part of Providing Our Services: We may share your information to provide the product or service you have requested.
- Service Providers: We may share your personal information with third-party service providers or data processors that help manage our business and deliver services, for example, IT service providers who help manage our IT and back-office systems or administer the RMG Sites and Services. These third parties have agreed to confidentiality restrictions and have agreed to use any personal information we share with them, or which they collect on our behalf, solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service to us.
- In Marketing Our Services: We may disclose your information in connection with our marketing efforts to provide you with offers and promotions:
- Marketing Service Providers: We may disclose certain information with companies, including third parties, that provide services that help us market our products or otherwise support the promotion of our business. We disclose information to these companies as they provide us such services as needed to perform their functions on our behalf in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We also share information with third parties for advertising purposes as described below under “Cookies and Similar Technologies” and in our Cookie Notice.
- Law Enforcement or Regulatory Requests: We may share information with government organizations and agencies, law enforcement and regulators, to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental agencies.
- Fraud and Abuse Prevention: We may share information when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (1) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (2) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of RMG, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
- In a Merger: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company
- Reporting of De-identified & Aggregated Info: We may share in aggregate, statistical form, non-personal information regarding the visitors to the RMG Sites with our partners, affiliates, or advertisers.
- As You Direct in the Services: In addition to the above, we may share personal information about you with others to the extent you consent to such sharing.
Security and Retention of Your Personal Information
We are committed to earning and keeping your trust. We understand the need for your personal information to remain secure and private, and we have implemented security practices and procedures designed to safeguard your information. Please remember that you also play a valuable part in data security. You should never share your account password with anyone. If you feel your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately. After you have finished using the RMG Sites, you should log out of your Account and exit your browser so that no unauthorized persons can use the RMG Sites under your name or Account. RMG safeguards the security of the data you send to us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. In certain areas of our Sites, RMG uses encryption to enhance the security of data transmissions. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a complex combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure browser. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services and to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. We may keep data longer if we have a legal obligation to keep it or to maintain necessary records for legal, financial, compliance, or other reporting obligations, and to enforce our rights and agreements.
Children’s Privacy
None of the RMG Sites, products or services are intended for use or purchase by children. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, information from children under the age of 13. Your Rights
The rights in this section apply to all users of RMG Sites and Services. However, some users may be entitled to additional rights under their jurisdiction’s laws which are provided below in our Jurisdiction Specific Privacy Rights.
Your Communications and Opt-Out Options
We may use personal information to let you know about our Services that we believe will be of interest to you. We may contact you by email, post, or telephone or through other communications channels that we think you may find helpful. In all cases, we will respect your preferences for how you would like us to manage marketing activities with you. We also work with carefully selected third parties, such as promotional partners and others with whom we have marketing or other relationships. At all times, in accordance with your marketing preferences, these third parties may contact you by email, SMS/text, social media or through other communications channels to tell you about products and services that they believe would be of interest to you. We recommend you routinely review the privacy notices and preference settings that are available to you on any social media platforms as well as your preferences in your account with us. Further, if (in accordance with your marketing preferences) you receive marketing from the third parties referred to above, we recommend you review any relevant third party’s privacy notice for how they use your personal information.
Opt-out: You may choose to be removed from our electronic mailing list by following the instructions to unsubscribe in those messages. At any time, you can update or correct your personal profile or change your preferences for the way in which you would like us to communicate with you or you can contact us at privacy@korbyt.com. Please specify whether you would like us to stop all forms of marketing or just a particular type (e.g. email). You can opt out from further text marketing communications by texting STOP to the SMS number used by Company to contact you. If you unsubscribe from marketing communications from us, you may still receive operational and service messages from us. Also note that if you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we may be unable to notify you of services or offer to meet your needs.
Access and Corrections to Your Information You can access or correct your account information by visiting www.GoKorbyt.com and selecting “Login” to access your account and request changes. In certain jurisdictions you have the right to request access and receive information about personal information we maintain about you, to update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, or to have the information deleted. If you would like to make such a request, please contact us at privacy@korbyt.com. We attempt to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law. Choosing Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
You may elect to add your name to our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” list by emailing us at privacy@korbyt.com. However, note that if you provide your information to a third party for their own use, or if said third party otherwise collects your information as part of your interactions with them, then their use of your information will be subject to the limits of their privacy statement or notice, rather than ours.
International Data Transfers
In accordance with applicable laws, we keep and store your information to provide you with the Services and for the uses identified herein. We also may retain or use your information as necessary to comply with our policies, legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Any information Company collects about you may be stored, transferred, processed, and/or accessed by us in the United States, or to the extent permitted by law, any other country where we or our service providers operate. Please know that personal information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers not in the state or country where you live, meaning the privacy laws could differ from and may not be as protective as those where you live. If you are located outside the United States and allow us to collect information about you, please be aware that RMG may, where permitted by law, transfer your personal information to other countries, including the United States, and process and store it there. By allowing collection of your personal information, you consent to having your personal data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. In order to provide adequate protection for the transfer of your personal information, we have in place contractual arrangements (as appropriate) with our subsidiaries, affiliates and business partners in respect of such transfers. We will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information we transfer. We use appropriate mechanisms for international data transfers. For example, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by the European Commission (and the equivalent standard contractual clauses for the UK or Switzerland, where appropriate) or on derogations provided for under the applicable law to transfer information to a third country.
Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party applications and websites, which are clearly identified and will direct you from RMG Sites to a third-party site. Our link to a product or service offered by a third-party company does not by itself indicate our endorsement. Some of these third-party sites may collect information about you or request personal information from you. RMG does not direct or oversee the policies, procedures or other practices for companies other than RMG. If accessing a third-party site via a link, you will be directed to that third-party’s website and governed by their privacy notice and policies. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and publish updates as required by law, statute, or regulation where your rights will be no less than what is required by law, statute, or regulation. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as sending you an email notification or posting a banner notice on our website). Jurisdiction Specific Privacy Rights
U.S. State Privacy Notice
Effective Date: May 14, 2025 This U.S. State Privacy Notice (“State Privacy Supplement”) supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy, located on our Website (the “Site”) of RMG Enterprise Solutions, Inc. dba Korbyt (collectively known as, “RMG”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), and applies solely to consumers as defined under state specific privacy laws that are applicable to RMG. In the event of any conflict between this notice and our Privacy Policy, this privacy notice shall govern. We adopt this notice to comply with U.S. State Privacy Laws including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Information We Collect
The information we collect is identified in the “Information We Collect” section of our Privacy Policy. Rights and Choices
Consumers may be provided with certain rights regarding their Personal Information under their state privacy law. For requests received directly from a consumer, this section describes your rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Data over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your authenticated consumer request, you may request we disclose to you:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we disclose that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your authenticated consumer request, we will delete your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception applies.
Rectification Request Rights
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your authenticated consumer request, we will provide a response that may include self-service tools that enable you to update your Personal Data, unless an exception applies.
Opt-out Rights
You have the right to opt out of the following uses of your Personal Data: (a) targeted advertising; (b) the sale of Personal Data; and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You will be able to opt-out of the sale and share of your personal information as well as opt-out of the sale and share of your cookies for marketing purposes, including targeted advertising by updating your cookie preferences or emailing privacy@korbyt.com. However, note that if you provide your information to a third party for their own use, or if said third party otherwise collects your information as part of your interactions with them, then their use of your information will be subject to the limits of their privacy statement or notice, rather than ours.
Right to Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. (For California Residents)
California residents have the right to restrict the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information collected or processed for inferring characteristics about a consumer that does not fall within a statutory exception.

Authenticated Requests
An authenticated request may be submitted by a consumer resident of the states listed above or as applicable under their state’s privacy law. These requests must:
- Detail sufficient information that allows us to reasonably authenticate you are the person about whom we collected Personal Data; and
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data if we cannot authenticate your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in an authenticated consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Timeframe for Responding to Requests and Format
RMG shall confirm receipt of a consumer’s request within ten (10) days of receipt. RMG will respond to the request within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the request. The period of response may be extended to ninety (90) days if more time is required. In that event, we will inform you of the reason for the extension in writing. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
Appeal Process
After receiving a response to an authenticated request, consumer may make an appeal to RMG by contacting privacy@korbyt.com with the subject “appeal” and state the reasons for their appeal. Consumers must send an appeal request within twenty (20) days of receipt of RMG’s response to their authenticated request.
Fee
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your authenticated consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
No Discrimination
Unless permitted by law, we will not discriminate against you for exercising the rights by:
- Denying goods or services to you;
- Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts, benefits, or other penalties;
- Providing a different level or quality of goods or services; and
- Suggesting a different price or quality of goods or services will apply if rights are exercised.
Please note, that certain information is required to effectively use our Services. For example, if you exercise the right to delete your information your account will be deactivated, which prevents the use of our Services. This in no way prevents you from creating a new account in the future.
No Financial Incentive
We do not offer any financial incentives or price or service difference in an attempt to influence a consumer’s decision whether or not to exercise a right afforded to the consumer under their state consumer privacy laws.
Children’s Privacy
RMG does not knowingly collect, sell, share, or maintain any information from children under the age of 16, and no part of our website is designed with the purpose of attracting such children.
Additional Notice to California Residents
If you are a California resident, under the California “Shine the Light” law, you have the right to receive: (a) information identifying any third-party companies to which we may have disclosed, within the past year, personal information pertaining to you and your family for that company’s direct marketing purposes; and (b) a description of the categories of personal information disclosed. To obtain such information, please email your request to privacy@korbyt.com, and include your name, email address, mailing address or zip code, and a reference to “Your California “Shine the Light” Privacy Rights.” We are not responsible for requests that are mis-labeled or sent improperly, or do not have complete information.
Notice to Nevada Residents
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personally identifiable information we have collected about you to third parties. RMG does not currently sell your personally identifiable information as those terms are defined under Nevada law. However, if you wish to submit a request to opt-out of the sale of such information if RMG were to engage in such a sale in the future, you may submit your request in writing to: privacy@korbyt.com. Your request must reference your Nevada rights and include your name, mailing address, zip code, and email address. We are not responsible for requests that do not come through the designated request mechanism or do not contain sufficient information to allow us to process your request. RMG will respond to valid requests within 60 days.
Changes to Privacy Notice
From time to time, we may change this State Privacy Notice Supplement and will notify you of changes by posting the changed or modified State Privacy Supplement on our Site.
